An Adult At Every Lesson

For every player under 18, a parent, legal guardian, or another adult they choose (18 or older) stays on site and within sight for the entire lesson, with no exceptions. If that adult steps away, the lesson stops until they are back. Players 18 and older can train on their own.

Trust & Safety

Every coach completes a background check and STXZ safety training before their first lesson. Coaching experience varies, from formal coaching to playing experience only, and profiles are written by the coach. You are responsible for vetting your matched coach: read their profile and ask about their experience before the first lesson.

Official Waiver

For insurance purposes, you must sign our official digital liability waiver before your first training session begins.

Platform Integrity

To keep your sessions backed by STXZ's liability insurance and customer support, all packages and payments must be processed through STXZ. Hiring coaches privately outside the platform is prohibited.

Secure pets & children: Keep dogs, cats and little ones out of the practice zone so nobody gets in the way of a fast lacrosse shot.
Clear the area: Move garden pots, chairs, bikes and any other trip hazards at least 10 feet from your “field.”
Protect windows & valuables: Stow fragile items—picture frames, glass tables, car keys—away from any line‑drive that might ricochet.
Check your surface: Make sure grass is even, free of sticks or toys, and that holes or divots are filled to prevent ankle rolls.
Light it up: If your session ends close to dusk, please turn on porch or yard lights so your coach can see every pass.
Keep bystanders clear: Ask anyone not playing to stand well back and stay behind the coach’s line of sight.
