Lesson rates are per lesson and vary by area. Enter your zip code above to see the rate for your location. Lessons run 45, 60, or 90 minutes, and packages of 6 and 12 lessons carry a lower per-lesson rate than a single lesson. In the booking app you can pick any lesson count from 1 to 18.

Nothing. Registration is free and does not ask for a card. Once you are matched with an independent pro and confirm a start date, STXZ sends an invoice to your email. The invoice is due in full at least 5 days before your first scheduled lesson.

There is a one-time $20 service fee per player. It is not charged at registration. It appears on your invoice after you are matched and covers matching, records, insurance administration, and billing. The service fee is non-refundable.

Yes. Sessions accommodate up to 3 players, and you supply the additional players (teammates, siblings, friends). The add-on is $5 per lesson for 2 players and $10 per lesson for 3 players. Pricing is per lesson, not per player.

Yes. When your invoice arrives, reply to it or contact STXZ and we will set up a plan that spreads the package cost over several payments.

STXZ matches you with an independent pro based on the details you provide at registration: location, skill level, position, and goals. Before you pay anything, you receive the pro's profile to review. If it is not the right fit, request a different pro in your area.

The First-Lesson Guarantee applies. Contact STXZ within 7 days of your first lesson with a matched pro and choose either a rematch with another pro at no additional charge or a refund of the lesson fees paid for the package. The service fee is not refunded. The guarantee applies once per package. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Yes, on request. Because larger packages carry a lower per-lesson rate, completed lessons are repriced at the rate of the smallest package that covers them, and the remainder is refunded. Unused lessons expire one year from purchase. Refund method limits set by payment processors apply after 180 days. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.

At a location you choose: your backyard, a local park, or a school field. The pro travels to you. STXZ has no physical locations. Indoor training is possible when you and your pro agree on a facility; any facility fees are your responsibility.

By card, through the invoice STXZ sends after your match is confirmed. STXZ does not accept cash for lesson fees. Tipping your pro in cash at the end of a package is optional and appreciated.

Yes. Scheduling is arranged directly between you and your pro, so you can book as many lessons per week as your package and the pro's availability allow.

Submit the upgrade form and STXZ will invoice you for the package you choose. Once paid, you continue with the same pro.

Independent contractors on the STXZ roster, not STXZ employees. To be listed, a pro completes a criminal background screening and STXZ safety and conduct training. Each pro reports their own coaching and playing background, which appears on their profile so you can review it before you pay. Many hold coaching licenses or certifications, though STXZ does not require a specific credential.

Players bring their own stick, helmet, gloves, and protective gear. Pros typically bring cones, training balls, and other coaching aids. Equipment provided by a pro is the pro's own and is used at your discretion.

Experienced coaches and players can apply through the trainer application. Applicants who meet the roster requirements are listed as independent pros and receive lesson offers in their area.
