Grades K to 2
First steps in the game
The youngest players in Palmyra enter lacrosse through introductory clinic and intramural formats common to South Jersey towns, building basic stick skills before stepping into league play. Private coaching at this stage focuses on catching, throwing, and cradling in a low-pressure setting the family arranges locally.
-
Grades 3 to 8
Youth and middle school league play
Boys in grades 3 through 8 compete in SEPYLA and girls in PAGLA, both running mid-March to late May with one weekend game and two weeknight practices. The schedule is consistent across Burlington and Camden county towns, giving Palmyra players a full spring of competitive reps before the high school transition.

High school
NJSIAA spring season

Talk to the STXZ teamCan I pick the coach I want?
STXZ matches you with an independent coach based on your location, the player's level, position, and goals. You review that coach's profile by email first and can request a different match before anything is billed.
Is this a fit for a brand-new player in Palmyra?
Yes. Tell STXZ where your player is starting so the match accounts for their level. Beginners work on catching, cradling, and ground balls; experienced players focus on their position.
When do I actually pay?
Once you approve a match and agree on a start date, your invoice arrives by email. It is due in full at least five days before the first lesson. Registration itself requires no payment.
What does it cost in Palmyra?
Rates are per lesson and set for your zip code. Packages of 6 and 12 lessons lower the per-lesson rate, and the booking app accepts any count from 1 to 18. There is a one-time $20 service fee per player.
What if the first session is not a fit?
Contact STXZ within seven days of that lesson and choose a rematch with another coach at no additional charge or a refund of the lesson fees paid. The service fee is not refundable.
Where can we train, and what should we bring?
A backyard, park, or school field within the coach's travel radius, arranged directly with your coach. Bring your stick, protective equipment, and water. Indoor or paid facility charges are yours to cover.
